Catch-all Emails in Shared Web Hosting
Setting up a catch-all mailbox will be rather easy if you have a shared web hosting plan with us. You can activate the feature through our powerful, yet easy-to-use Email Manager, which is part of the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you will administer the hosting account itself. You will find all the mailboxes that you’ve created listed in alphabetical order and on the right-hand side of each one of them there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will instantly let you know whether a certain mailbox gets all the email messages associated with a certain domain name or not. With one single mouse click on the icon you can enable or disable the feature at any moment. In case there’s enabled email forwarding or if a different mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a certain domain, you will get a warning notice from our system. The latter won’t deactivate/replace anything automatically and without your approval.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Servers
You will be able to create a catch-all email address with no more than one click in case you’ve got a semi-dedicated plan with our company and your email messages are handled by our cloud hosting platform. All the addresses that you create with any domain hosted in your account will be displayed in the Hepsia hosting Control Panel’s Email Manager section. Each of them will have a mini "Catch-all" icon next to it, so all it will take to activate this functionality will be to click that icon. In the same fashion you’ll be able to deactivate the feature, if you do not need it anymore. Our system will warn you if you’re trying to activate a second catch-all mailbox for a particular domain or if there’s enabled email forwarding, but it will never disable or change anything automatically and without your permission.
