Varnish in Shared Web Hosting
Varnish comes as an optional upgrade with each of our shared web hosting plans. You can add it to your hosting account via the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, which is offered with all shared web hosting plans and you’ll get a very simple-to-use interface, which will give you complete control over the caching system. Using one-click quick-access controls, you can restart or remove any of the instances, in other words – Varnish will no longer be enabled for a given site. You can also see a detailed system log file or erase the cache for any of the websites. When you add Varnish to your hosting package, you will be able to choose the total amount of memory that will be available to you for caching purposes and how many sites will use Varnish. You can always order more memory in increments of 32 megabytes and, for maximum performance, you can assign a dedicated IP to the websites that will use Varnish. This will enable you to get the most out of your sites and to have plenty of happy users.
Varnish in Semi-dedicated Servers
All our semi-dedicated plans come with Varnish by default, so you can make use of the accelerator and increase the speed of any website that you host on our semi-dedicated servers. You’ll get 64 megabytes of memory exclusively for the Varnish accelerator at no additional fee and you can activate an instance with no more than a few clicks from the Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with the semi-dedicated server plans. If you need more memory, the latter is available in increments of 32 MB in the Upgrades section of the Control Panel and it will be at your disposal straight away. You can also add more instances as an upgrade, so you can choose whether plenty of data will be cached for one website or if the memory will be utilized by several websites. The Hepsia Control Panel will allow you to restart or to delete any instance, to see the system log associated with it or to clear the cached files using single-click controls. To take full advantage of the Varnish accelerator, you can allocate a dedicated IP to the Internet sites that will use it.
Varnish in VPS Servers
You can take advantage of Varnish with all our VPS server packages at no additional charge, since the platform is pre-installed and is offered by default. The one and only requirement is that the VPS server must be ordered with the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you will be able to activate Varnish for any of your websites with only a couple of clicks. Each package features a different amount of memory for data caching purposes, but you will have minimum several hundred MB, which is quite sufficient even for several resource-requiring websites. Shortly after you set up Varnish, it will start caching the content that your site visitors open, so you will notice the much better page loading times and the less load on the machine in no time. The caching platform will permit you to use a less high-priced virtual machine, since you won’t need that many resources to sustain the proper operation of your Internet sites even if you own heavy-traffic websites with many visitors. Maximum results are accomplished if the websites which use Varnish also use a dedicated IP.
Varnish in Dedicated Servers
In case you order a dedicated server with the Hepsia Control Panel, you will obtain the Varnish data caching platform at no additional charge and you will exert complete control over it via a pretty easy-to-navigate interface – you will be able to start, to deactivate or to reboot an instance, to check a comprehensive log, to delete the cached files for any Internet site and much, much more. Varnish will have several gigabytes of system memory at its disposal, so even if you’ve got resource-intensive Internet sites with a lot of visitors, you will notice the significantly better site load times and the reduced load on the machine. This will become a fact shortly after you start using the Varnish platform, as it will require some time to cache the content that users access. You can get the most out of the platform’s potential in case the websites that are using it also use a dedicated IP address, but since your server comes with several IP addresses by default, you won’t have to pay anything on top of the monthly fee for the server itself.
